Total Healthcare Otara receives additional funding to help reduce any barriers for groups with the greatest need by offering additional services to improve health and access to regular GP services.

Target group features

The Ministry of Health have identified the target group for SIA projects as beings Maori and Pacific and those living in MOH designated poor areas.

Currently all THO SIA projects qualify as addressing the criteria of being majority utilised by Maori/Pacific/High Needs communities.
