Cervical Smears

To provide cervical smears to at risk enrolees

The total number of smears done in the 4th quarter has shown a slight decrease compared to the previous quarter, from  1340 to 1318. 
Of the total number of smears,65.5% have been done for Maori and Pacific ethnic groups (23.8% and 41.7% respectively). This indicates, we are reaching the target population effectively.
Most number of smears have been done at the Bairds Road (343) and Dawson Road center (342) compared to other centers in ETHC. The majority of smears were done in most o f the clinics by trained nurses mainly.Back to SIA services
